Fair Hill February Trip

Our base camp gets better every trip. :-) New trailer, awning and fire pit have made recent trips super cozy.






And we have a trip coming up soon!

I'll post photos afterwards, but here's the proposed menu for the weekend:


Friday Dinner



Chicken Fajitas- Fresh chicken breast grilled with savory onions, sauteed mushrooms and colorful bell peppers. Served with flour tortillas, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.


Sat Breakfast


Omelettes- Made to order with your choice of cheddar or swiss cheese, grilled chicken, and veggies. Coffee and OJ available.


Sat Lunch



Sandwiches (Trail)- Bag lunch including cold cut sandwich on gourmet bread, chips, granola bars, and nuts.


Sat Dinner


Filet Mignon- Bacon wrapped filet cooked to order over an open fire. Served with fully loaded campfire potatoes and fresh salad.


Sun Breakfast


Pancakes- Freshly made griddle cakes served with real maple syrup and fresh fruit. Coffee and OJ available.


Sun Lunch


Sandwiches (Trail)- Bag lunch including cold cut sandwich on gourmet bread, chips, granola bars, and nuts.


Snacks & Happy Hour-
Hummus served w/ pita bread, Brie and crackers, granola bars, nuts, noodle soup, hot cocoa, choice of wines.


Bet that doesn't sound like many trips that you've been on, but that's how we roll!!! :-)
